Return & Refund Policy

At Sparegearpitstop, every product is checked and packed carefully before dispatch. We sell compatible and replacement bike spare parts for multiple brands — not genuine OEM products.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong ordering, compatibility misunderstanding, or personal choice. However, if you receive a damaged product or a manufacturing defect, we will take responsibility and assist with a solution.

Return Acceptance Criteria

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition.
  • Product has a clear manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong item sent by our team.

To be eligible for returns:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must share unboxing video/photos as proof of damage or defect.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

No returns will be accepted without valid proof or if the product has been used, installed, or tampered with.

Refund & Replacement Policy

  • In case of our mistake (wrong or defective product sent), we will provide a replacement or full refund.
  • If the same item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.
  • No refunds will be given for customer-side errors such as wrong product choice or compatibility mismatch.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days after product verification.

Shipping for Returns

  • The customer must ship the product back safely using a reliable courier.
  • We will reimburse or arrange pickup only if the error was ours (wrong or defective item).
  • Products damaged during return shipping due to poor packing will not be eligible for refund/replacement.

We do not cover return shipping charges — customers must bear the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical and electronic parts once installed (CDI units, coils, bulbs, etc.).
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or mishandling.
  • Clearance, discounted, or special-offer products.
