Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

• South India: 2–4 business days
• North & West India: 3–10 business days
• East & North-East India: 5–12 business days
• Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. In case of multiple products, charges are applied once per order, not per item.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and a courier link to monitor your shipment.

We use reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, ekart, DTDC, India Post, and others depending on the delivery location.

Packaging

All items are packed using high-quality materials to ensure products reach you in perfect condition.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

In rare cases of shipping delays or lost parcels, we will coordinate with the courier service and assist you in resolving the issue promptly. We are not responsible for loss of parcel.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship orders within India only. International shipping is not available.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refund for valid cancellations will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• If a customer cancels an order, the refund amount will be processed after deducting the applicable payment gateway charges, as these charges are non-refundable by the payment provider.
